how to remove blend door actuator on 2003 Ford Focus?

BLEND DOOR ACTUATOR:---

Removal & Installation

1. Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the Precautions section.
2. Disconnect battery negative cable from battery and properly isolate to prevent accidental reconnection.
3. Open and unhook the glove compartment.
   
   NOTE

   The servo motor is hard to access.
4. Remove the air recirculation flap servo motor.

To install:

NOTE

The servo motor is keyed onto a shaft. For this reason, the air recirculation flap may have to be pushed into the correct position with the fingertips.

1. Refit the components in reverse order and check operation.
2. Reconnect negative battery cable.
